Public Relations

We can promote projects, products, collaborations and business stories via press releases, PDF reports and regular press communication. We will proactively seek opportunities through our extensive journalist relationships to position you as the go-to brand for your market.

We arrange regular meetings with design, architecture and property journalists to find out exactly what they are working on for upcoming issues and to pitch in our own ideas for features. We receive daily requests from journalists looking for projects and products and respond on your behalf.

We use a number of online tools for image storage, distribution and press requests. All press coverage is monitored and a coverage report live link sent to you so you can keep track.

We have created packages based on a decade of working with businesses and the time that has been required.

Over the years we’ve found that when starting with a new client it is unclear what happens next. This led us to compile our ‘Plan of Work’, a standardised guide to keep you informed what we’re doing and to ensure we follow our thorough procedures.

Anna Crowe, Assistant Editor of Search Engine Journal explains why now is the time for authenticity on social media.

Less of static updates and more behind-the-scenes, raw, and intimate Stories. Stories create a more transparent and meaningful relationship between the user and the brand. “That means more work for marketers and brands because it requires better storytelling. In order to cut through the clutter, we need to tell stories that matter to people, not your brand,” said Mae Chong, Digital Strategist.

We need to share moments that matter to people, not your brand. Lastly, we need to share secrets that matter to people, not your brand. Take your very best evergreen web content and create one-minute videos on those same topics, posting these videos to Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels. You’ll find that one-minute videos get 400 to 500 percent more reach on LinkedIn compared to Facebook. Take your best-performing posts from social and convert them to an article – thereby using social power to fuel search rankings and traffic. You can repurpose Facebook live videos and podcasts into listicles, tweets, articles, and other derivative content.

Search Engine Optimisation

SEO stands for search engine optimisation. It’s the practice of increasing both the quality and quantity of website traffic, as well as exposure to your brand, through non-paid (also known as ‘organic’) search engine results.

SEO is as much about people as it is about search engines themselves. It’s about understanding what people are searching for online, the answers they are seeking, the words they’re using, and the type of content they wish to consume. Knowing the answers to these questions will allow you to connect to the people who are searching online for the solutions you offer.

If knowing your audience’s intent is one side of the SEO coin, delivering it in a way search engine crawlers can find and understand is the other. Every website is different, so we take the time to really understand your specific site’s business goals. This will help to determine which areas of SEO we should focus on, where to track conversions, and how to set benchmarks.

Search engines are answer machines. They exist to discover, understand, and organise the internet’s content in order to offer the most relevant results to the questions searchers are asking. In order to show up in search results, your content needs to first be visible to search engines. It’s arguably the most important piece of the SEO puzzle: If your site can’t be found, there’s no way you’ll ever show up in the SERPs (Search Engine Results Page).

Domain Authority (DA) is a search engine ranking score that predicts how well a website will rank on search engine result pages. A Domain Authority score ranges from one to 100, with higher scores corresponding to a greater ability to rank.

1. Site Audit

We check for over 130 common website issues and get special reports about your site’s crawlability, use of markups, internal linking, speed/performance, HTTPS, and international SEO. We can set a plan to resolve as many of these as possible (some aren’t always possible) which helps Google to understand your content better.

2. Keyword Research

Being relevant in search results is crucial for getting the right traffic to your website. To do so, we need to use the right language within the written content therefore we need to research the best ‘keywords’ or phrases to use. Once we have done this, we can set a plan for how to use these words within your site.

3. On Page Optimisation

Having completed the Site Audit we may find there are structural issues we need to resolve, so we look through the content to make sure that pages are structured in a way that search engines can understand. We will send you recommendations before implementing a set of changes.

4. Meta Title & Description Optimisation

Each page needs a good title and description for Google to display to potential visitors. If the title and description is not optimised you may be missing a lot of potential traffic. We use our years of knowledge in the industry to know what works and prepare a list of page titles and descriptions for your approval.

5. Local Business Citations

Local Citations are multiple consistent mentions of your business information on website directories and other properties found on the internet. Search engines like Google use these mentions as a trust signal and consistent NAP citations of your business will help you to rank within local Google search results.

6. Blog Placements

The methodology of a blogger outreach service is very similar to a guest post or guest blogging service as it is sometimes known as, however, the final link mention with a blogger outreach service is considered to look far more natural. The reason for this is that the idea of a guest post is to contribute to a blog as a ‘guest author’ which means the link mention will probably reside within an author bio.

With blogger outreach, we’ll reach out to relevant and active bloggers and collaborate on a content piece which includes only editorial link mentions. That means no author boxes as the content will be written in collaboration with the blog owner and published as their own piece. Search engines like Google will use this link as a signal for authority and in turn help your clients websites rank better.

7. Content Marketing

Companies push information to consumers all the time – it’s just that most of the time it’s not very relevant or valuable. That’s what makes content marketing so intriguing in today’s environment of thousands of marketing messages per person per day.

Content marketing’s purpose is to attract and retain clients through consistently creating and curating relevant and valuable content with the intention of changing or enhancing consumer behaviour.

It is an ongoing process that is best integrated into your marketing strategy, and it focuses on owning media, not renting it. The key purpose for using content within the marketing strategy is to tell a story. We will develop a plan with you for producing great quality content and distributing it through a variety of channels.

Pay-per-click Advertising

PPC stands for pay-per-click, a model of internet marketing in which advertisers pay a fee each time one of their ads is clicked. Essentially, it’s a way of buying visits to your site, rather than attempting to “earn” those visits organically. All of this work is measurable and trackable which allows us to be efficient with any budgets proposed for this.
Example Costs Monthly Report
Agency Fee £600
Ad Budget £1,000
NB. The Ad Budget is paid by you directly to either Google or Meta. This cost is in addition to our consultancy fee for setting up, monitoring and reporting on your ads campaign.

Search Advertising

Search engine advertising is one of the most popular forms of PPC. It allows advertisers to bid for ad placement in a search engine’s sponsored links when someone searches on a keyword that is related to their business offering. For example, if we bid on the keyword “marketing for designers,” our ad might show up in the very top spot on the Google results page.

Remarketing

Remarketing is a feature that lets you customise your ads campaign for people who have previously visited your site, and tailor your ads (using dynamic remarketing) to these visitors when they browse the web and use apps.

This means that when someone has visited your website we can target them with a different ad and try to get them back to your website and convert.

Social Advertising

The Facebook company is now called Meta. Meta Ads cover both Facebook and Instagram and are extremely effective when targeting people using location or demographic data.

For example, if you want to advertise to people in the same city with an interest in design, married and aged 35+ then Facebook is ideal for advertising.
